Product Description
LIGNO-SOL is a water soluble oxidizing breaker, and when dissolved in water, produces a solution which is both acidic and oxidizing in nature. LIGNO-SOL, with dual action properties, decomposes natural and synthetic polymers into small molecules and effectively disperses clays. LIGNO-SOL specially formulated to disperse LIGNO-SEAL product from reservoir formation. Adhesive material used in LIGNO-SEAL product disperse in presence of LIGNO-SEAL breaker solution.
Application/Function
LIGNO-SOL solution (2 – 5 kg per 1000 litres of water) can be spotted into an open well bore after completion of drilling. LIGNO-SOL is an effective mud-cake breaking agent that works over a wide range of temperatures, removing polymers and LIGNO-SEAL, thus cleaning the pore throat of the reservoir and enhancing the productivity of oil and gas wells. LIGNO-SOL also acts as a flow improver in oil and gas and CBM wells

Compared to a conventional acid soak, LIGNO-SOL reduces the time required for filter cake dissolution by up to 50%

Recommended Treatment and Method of use
Need to make solution in water with 30 to 50 kg per 1000litre ( 3 to 5% Solution). Spot this breaker solution to production zone. Temperature activates the breaker solution. Need to wait for 4 hours to remove polymer and LIGNO-SEAL material.
Note – LIGNO-SOL requires minimum of 70 C bottom hole temperature to function.

Packaged in 25 kg double wrapped plastic bags. Custom packaging is available on request.

LIGNOSOL produce highly acidic solution in contact with water, precautions must be taken to avoid inhalation, ingestion, or contact with skin or eyes.
